The Truth, Preserved

3 “Yet not even Titus, who was with me, was compelled to be circumcised, even though he was a Greek. This matter arose because some false believers had infiltrated our ranks to spy on the freedom we have in Christ Jesus and to make us slaves. We did not give in to them for a moment, so that the truth of the gospel might be preserved for you.” (Galatians 2)

Flying the Coop

I said I would have more poultry stories; here we go!

While there are always hens that fly over the fence, some of them are only first timers and after I put them back, they tend to stay happy on their side.  But, there are a few exceptions to this general rule.  One of the biggest violators is Cream Puff, she has no problem flying over the fences.  A few years back I was fighting escape-ee chickens and accidentally stumbled upon the “Box.”  Continue reading Flying the Coop

Airplanes, Hot Walks, and Blessings

When an airplane flies overhead, there is often a young child who looks up in wonder and is amazed that something of that size and weight can fly. However, when that child grows up and learns about planes, how they fly, and sees them more and more often, there is less wonder and amazement when there is a roar above them in the sky.
